Pillow Pets will be closed Friday, December 23, 2022, Monday, December 26, 2022, and Monday, January 2, 2023.

For Pillow Pets to arrive by Christmas please choose the following options:

 

Standard UPS Ground Shipping: Place order by 12/17 Midnight

Expedited UPS 3-Day Select Shipping: Place order by 12/19 Midnight

Expedited UPS 2-Day Air Shipping: Place order by 12/20 Midnight

Overnight UPS Next Day Air Shipping: Place order by 12-21 Midnight

 

Return Information

You can return any Pillow Pets product within 30 days of its purchase date for a full refund less shipping costs. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.  For a full refund, minus shipping, the item must be returned with the original tags still attached and in its original packaging.

Please include a note with your order number and the reason for return. Refunds are usually issued within 24-72 hours of receipt of the return package.

If you have received a defective product, please take pictures of the item of the whole product, the tag and send an email along with your 6-digit order number to orders@mypillowpets.com. From there a replacement or refund will be issued accordingly.
